The Perez family has trusted Paver Saver for more than nine years. This was our third sealing application on their driveway and pool deck. They also added both side walkways and the rear patio, which received their first professional sealing application during this project.
A two-day process planned around Florida weather
Day one was dedicated to cleaning, surface preparation, efflorescence treatment and joint preparation. Sanding and sealing were completed the following morning so the work could be finished ahead of Jacksonville's typical summer afternoon rain pattern.

After the pavers and joints were properly prepared, Ure Seal H2O Premium sealer was applied to restore color, protect the surface and help stabilize the joint sand.

Professional technique for textured, pitted pavers
These pavers have a textured, pitted design. An experienced applicator knows not to over-apply sealer because excess product can collect in low areas, creating overly shiny pockets that may later turn cloudy or white.
After allowing the sealer a few minutes to penetrate, we use a blower to back-blow the surface. This redistributes or removes accumulated sealer from the pitted areas and helps produce a cleaner, more consistent finish.
